Emad Mansour Deputy CEO and Chief Investment Officer
Emad Mansour has over 17 years of banking experience, all of which, he gained in the GCC region.
Emad‘s career started in 1992 in Qatar when he joined the corporate banking business of the Commercial Bank of Qatar . In 1997, he moved to what was then Banque Paribas (now know as BNP Paribas), to assume the full responsibility of the bank‘s corporate finance activities in the entire Middle East region.
In 2005, after 8 years at BNP Paribas, he moved to Saudi Arabia to head the investment banking business of Samba Financial Group.
Emad joined Qatar First Investment Bank in December 2008, having completed the private placement of QFIB, in which the bank‘s capital of $430 million was raised. Emad has a BA in Financial Management from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK and an MSc. in Financial Economics from CASS Business School in London.
